COVID-19 Customer Update – Hymix Authorised Workers

Dear Valued Customer,

With the NSW Health Orders and restrictions evolving frequently, we have worked closely with industry and government to ensure we are across the detail. We know it is imperative to understand what the NSW Health Orders mean for our workers and how that may impact our customers.

Now that we are supplying our customers in Greater Sydney Region, we have seen some enquiries regarding our workforce and how those that live in LGAs of concern are affected by the Health Orders.

Our workforce of drivers, testers and plant staff are deemed, Authorised Workers. This means they are permitted to leave their LGAs to conduct work for Hymix, even those who live an LGAs of concern.

Please see the below link that shows the list of Authorised Workers. This list is referenced in the NSW Health Orders and restrictions on page 22, clause 24E(2).

Hymix carries out daily reviews of NSW Health updates to ensure we are acting in line with the most current Health Orders. To reflect this, we have developed additional COVID-Safe protocols that can be seen on our website. Please see the link below. Hymix will at all times comply with all relevant NSW Health Orders. As an example, we are ensuring employees present a negative test result in the stipulated period for affected LGAs prior to attending work.
